  • 1) Predmetom činnosti Združenia je najmä ochrana a presadzovanie verejného záujmu na zabezpečovaní hromadného príjmu, odvádzania a čistenia odpadových vôd zo sídelných útvarov v povodí rieky Moravy, a to prostredníctvom prevádzkovania verejnej kanalizácie. 2) Cieľom Združenia je napomáhať vytváraniu materiálnych, personálnych a iných podmienok pre riadne plnenie úloh v tomto Združení združených obcí, a to primárne v oblasti ochrany životného prostredia. Združenie si kladie ďalej za cieľ vykonávať svoju činnosť spôsobom, ktorý umožní optimalizáciu prírodných aj umelých zložiek krajiny, a ktorý bude účinne predchádzať ich znečisťovaniu alebo poškodzovaniu. 3) Združenie koordinuje a presadzuje záujmy jeho členov najmä na úseku odpadového hospodárstva a zabezpečuje svojím členom v tejto oblasti inštitucionálnu a odbornú podporu. 4) Pri plnení účelu, na ktorý bolo Združenie zriadené, slúži nielen na zjednocovanie finančných prostriedkov zverených Združeniu jeho jednotlivými členmi, ale aj na podnikanie a získavanie ďalších finančných prostriedkov potrebných pre riadne napĺňanie všetkých úloh Združenia.Valid from Friday, April 28, 2000
