These terms govern the rights and obligations related to using Andromia Insight. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Introductory provisions

The Andromia Insight service is provided by Andromia s.r.o., with its registered office at Jelenia 4431/24, 940 02 Nové Zámky. The service provides access to a database of companies and organizations and to related analytics tools.

2. User account

Some features require an account. The user must provide accurate information and protect their login credentials. The user is responsible for activity carried out through their account.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) are provided for a fee according to the current price list. Subscriptions are paid in advance for the selected period. Prices are listed excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Licence and data usage

The provider grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and the obtained data for the user's own internal needs.

  • Data must not be downloaded in bulk beyond the agreed plan.
  • Data must not be resold or redistributed without consent.
  • API access is governed by the limits of the relevant plan.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • Bypassing technical limits or service security.
  • Automated downloading of content contrary to these terms.
  • Using the service for unlawful purposes.

6. Service availability

The provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure service availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Data comes from public sources and may contain inaccuracies.

7. Liability

The service is provided for informational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for decisions made based on displayed data or for damage caused by improper use of the service.

8. Changes to terms

The provider may amend these terms. Users will be informed of material changes in an appropriate manner. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current wording.

9. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
